4.Technical Design & Specification
Our team develops detailed technical drawings and manufacturing specifications, refining every measurement and joint. We explore finish options, hardware selections, and installation details, making final decisions together to ensure the design translates flawlessly from concept to crafted piece.
5.Manufacturing
Production begins at our Lebanon facilities, where skilled craftsmen combine traditional joinery techniques with precision CNC machinery. Each piece undergoes rigorous quality checks throughout assembly, ensuring it meets our exacting standards before moving to the finishing stage.
6.Quality Control & Shipping
Before shipping, we conduct comprehensive inspections, verifying each piece against approved drawings and checking for any imperfections. Your bespoke joinery is then carefully packaged and shipped to London, with logistics coordinated to align with your project timeline.
7.Installation & Final Inspection
Our experienced London-based installation team manages the on-site fitting with meticulous attention to detail. We ensure perfect alignment, finish quality, and seamless integration with your space. A thorough final inspection is conducted together, and we address any final adjustments before considering the project complete.
